These are not mass-produced factory handles. Each piece is hand cast, hand finished and individually aged by local Indonesian artisans.

The brass is cast around sand, creating a strong exterior with a hollow interior to reduce unnecessary weight while retaining the substantial appearance of a large solid-brass handle.

The handmade casting and finishing process creates natural variations in colour, texture and surface markings. No two pairs will be exactly identical, which is part of their antique character.
